Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the colour and description of all items shown on this site are as accurate as possible items may differ slightly due to the photographic procedure and transferring of images to the website. We reserve the right to alter, increase price, remove or amend any product on our website without prior notice. All items shown on the website should be in stock, however during busy periods we cannot guarantee stock availability. Any item may be removed from the website permanently without notice.

We cannot be held responsible for any injury, accident, or death resulting in the misuse of any products on this website - the purchaser takes full responsibility in law. The items we sell are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children as many contain small parts/components. Allergic reactions can occur at any time, even with products previously used and we strongly recommend you always do a sensitivity test before using any item purchased from this site.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Product finishing can vary during the manufacturing process. There may be colour variations between the actual product and the colour shown on the website.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage and packaging charges). Please notify us by email if you wish to return an item.

All exchanges will be charged postage and packaging for the new item.

We will not refund items that are damaged during transit to us. So please ensure that you use suitable packaging and we recommend that you return items using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will not issue a refund for items that are not received.

Please use the correct postage for all returns. Packages without the correct postage will not be accepted.

All sales are subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
